The site Lanaika.com reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present General Conditions of Sale. In case of modification, it will be applied to each order the general conditions of sale in force at the date of the order.
1.2 - Price - site Lanaika.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rates current which will have been indicated at the time of your order.
1.3 - Photos - the pictures of The products marketed on Lanaika.com are not contractual. The colour is variable depending of the screen used and the settings of the latter.
Article 2 : product Availability
Our product offers and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, within the limit of stocks available.
Upon receiving your order, we verify the availability of the products ordered. In case of unavailability, we are committed within 7 days from the confirmation of the order or to deliver you the ordered product, either to propose you a similar product at a similar price, or to refund by cheque upon simple written request, either you pay it back in the form of a gift voucher. In the case of the issuance of a gift certificate, you can request the cancellation and the refund by cheque. Your cheque will be sent to you within 15 days of your request.
Article 3 : order Validation and electronic signature (act of 13 march 2000 on electronic signature)
Any order signed electronically by the consumer constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can be questioned only in the limits foreseen in the present General Conditions of Sale. The validation of the order form, associated to the procedure of authentication and non-repudiation and integrity protection of messages constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has value between the parties in the same manner as a handwritten signature.
Article 4 : Warranty
4.1 - General - All products purchased on the Lanaika.com are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects under normal use. The duration of the warranty appears on the page of each article and shall run from the date of purchase. The document evidencing the guarantee on which the date of purchase is the invoice that you receive by email. If during this warranty period, it turns out that the product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The invoice will be requested to exercise this warranty, the latter determining the date of purchase of the product.
Article 5 : Terms of Payment and Security
5.1 - Terms of Payment - You can make the payment :
1) By credit card: payment is made on the secure banking servers of our partners (Paypal, SOCIETE GENERALE). This implies that no banking information concerning you forwards through the website of Lanaika.com.
2) By bank transfer : Your order will be processed upon receipt of bank transfer and after validation by the bank credit. Beyond 7 days, without reception of your bank transfer, the order will be cancelled.
5.2 - Safety - The details of your credit card are encrypted thanks to protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and never transmitted unencrypted over the network. The payment is directly made with the bank. Lanaika.com there was no access to these details or your card number, and does not on its servers. This is why they are called back for each new transaction on our site.
5.3 - Clause of reserve of property - the products remain the property of Lanaika.com until full receipt of your payment Lanaika.com. However after the receipt of the order by the customer, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.
5.4 - Failure to pay - Lanaika.com reserves the right to refuse a delivery or honour an order from a customer who would not have regulated completely or partially a preceding order or with whom a payment dispute is being of directors.
5.5 - Use of vouchers, If they exist, the vouchers can only be used for the purchase of material goods. Purchase vouchers and promotional vouchers credited to your customer space, as gesture-commercial may not be converted into a refund check.
Article 6 : Modalities of delivery and delivery period
6.1 - General - The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the order process. Delivery in Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco, DOM, TOM, collectivités territoriales and to the international.

Lanaika.com is not held liable for breach of contract, due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure and in particular in case of total or partial strike of postal services, carriers, and disasters caused by floods or fires. As regards products bought to satisfy professional needs (dealers, shops, retailers, wholesalers), Lanaika.com not incur any responsibility for all consequential damages because of present, trading loss, loss of profit, damage or expenses which may arise.
Article 8 : Treatment of parcels not distributed by The Post office
These are the packages that have not been delivered to the final recipient for the following reasons : IASP (Do Not live at the Address), unclaimed (these are the packages that have not been claimed by the consignee at the post office in the allotted time) and refused (these are the packages that you denied).

8.2 - returns under the grounds of "spoliation" - These are the packages that were not delivered to the recipient because of spoliation : a package blank, torn, opened, traces of shock...
If the package is damaged, torn, empty..., you must have refused the package and contact our services to inform us. You must also ask to factor a declaration of theft at time of refusal.

Article 9 : Right of return
9.1 - returns for withdrawal - The product received is not suitable to you : reference Error, hidden defect, problem size, color, features, completely different product... The product must be returned in good condition, unused, in its original packaging, with all of its content, and any gifts that could be attached. In accordance with article L. 121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 working days after receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to retract so that our customer service assigns you an agreement number of return. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal - returns will not be accepted for all products blister and product return requests after the deadline. The products déstockés will not be returned or exchanged ; except in case of hidden defects.
9.2 - returns for warranty - During the warranty period, if the product is defective, it can be replaced after appraisal. To make a request to return the product, please report it to our customer service who will issue you a return agreement number to affix to your package. Upon receipt of the agreement, you have 7 days to return the product. After this period, your return will be refused. Please refer to article 10 of the General Conditions of Sale for returns toll free.
Upon receipt, our services will check the reason for return. If your product is carried out under a bad ground, it may be refused and you be returned at your expense. The reason for the return may, in particular, to be re-qualified. Therefore, you will be notified by mail and the processing of your return will be according to the new pattern. Please refer to article 4 of our General Conditions of Sale for warranty.
Article 10 : delivery Costs
10.1 Reimbursement of costs of delivery - If the delivery fees incurred with The Position are to be known by our services, we will refund your delivery costs. If these costs are not known by our services, an itemization of the costs incurred you will be asked by our customer service department in order that the latter be able to refund you.
10.2 free Returns - returns are free of charge for all products which are the object of withdrawal and warranty.
